They are Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology; the allergists have gone through specialized allergy fellowship training programs in addition to their primary internal medicine or pediatric training. These independent allergists are committed to providing the highest quality of asthma, allergy and immunology care to adult and pediatric patients. All practices are solo or comprised of a small group of physicians which allows for personal care and familiarity between physician and patient that sometimes can be difficult to find in larger practices. A smaller practice more easily fosters a team approach among patient, family and physician which allows for better management of medical problems.
